About

This is a resident-built utility. It is not an official channel of the UP Bliss Association, Barangay San Vicente, or the Quezon City government, and no one named here has agreed to answer through it. It makes no guarantee that any number is current or that anyone will pick up. In a life-threatening emergency, call 911.

Numbers last verified

5 / 21

This number has not been confirmed yet, so it cannot be dialled. It will be enabled once a resident has called it and someone answered.

What this is

A one-screen emergency dialler for the UP Bliss Community in Barangay San Vicente, Quezon City. It holds the phone numbers worth having during a fire, a medical emergency, a blackout, or a break-in, and puts them one hold away.

How it works

Every button here places an ordinary phone call over the cellular network, the same as dialling by hand. The app carries no calls itself and needs no internet connection. Once you have opened it once, it works with mobile data off and during a network outage.

What it collects

Nothing. There is no account, no server, and no database. There are no analytics, no cookies, and no third-party code. The app does not know who you are, does not record which numbers you call, and has nowhere to send that information even if it did. Your language preference is the only thing saved, and it stays on your own phone.

Who maintains it

Residents of UP Bliss, on a voluntary basis. It is not operated by the UP Bliss Association, the barangay, or any government agency.

Numbers last verified

2026-08-16. Numbers marked "pending verification" have not yet been confirmed by a person who called them, and are deliberately disabled until they are.

Reporting a wrong number

If a number rings the wrong place, is out of service, or has changed, tell a member of the UP Bliss Association board or raise it at the next community meeting so the correction reaches everyone at once.
